Baked Chicken with Vegetables

Feel free to use a frozen bag of the mixed vegetables instead of preparing fresh veggies.

Ingredients:
12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 cups mixed vegetables
2 cup sliced white mushrooms
2 cup sliced celery
2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
1cup water
1 cup chicken broth
1tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried basi
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation:
1- Spray a 9" × 13" baking dish with nonstick spray. Place the chicken in the dish, being careful not to crowd the meat.
2- In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken, cover with foil.
3- Bake at 380°F for 45 minutes.
