English Tea
.
I know most of the British people love their tea but what I didn't know and which I found out just today was that half of the British people take tea bags with then when they leave Britain to go on a holiday or on a business trip.
"A survey found that tea bags were the most popular comfort item Britons pack in their suitcase when they go abroad." This is according the article from the news that I read today. Most people would travel with their own toiletries, toilet papers, perfumes, cosmetics, or other things but not tea bags. In addition Britons would also pack biscuits to dip into their cuppa. How interesting!
I, myself would carry tea bags whenever I go somewhere because I don't drink coffee. I prefer to drink green tea. But I have never traveled abroad with a tea bag with me. I just think that it's not a necessity.
