Chicken heart skewers

Products:
400 g chicken hearts
4 sprigs of parsley
4 stalks of thyme
4 stalks of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
6 tbsp chicken or broth 5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
Salt and ground pepper
Preparation:
• Chicken hearts are thoroughly cleaned.
• Parsley and garlic are finely chopped and mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then left sideways.
• Thick bottom pan heats well and spits the remaining olive oil.
• Add chicken hearts and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically.
• Wrap the wine, add the sugar, the rosemary stalks and the thyme leaves.
• Everything is cooked until the sauce thickens.
• Remove the pan from the hob and add the olive oil with garlic and parsley.
• Season with salt and pepper and stir everything.
• Chicken hearts are cut into wooden skewers or rosemary stalks.
• Fast chicken hearts are served immediately.
