Typical British Summer

What is it about summer time when everyone seems to go mad? Is it because as a nation we do not really see the sun or experience summers that other more hotter nations have? Is it the same in other northern European nations like Germany or Holland where they too do not have exceptional summery weather like other warmer nations do?
Its the same old thing outcomes loud banging music, kids screaming, Bar-B-Qs and people getting drunk and mad drivers? It has to be the fact that as a nation we do not see the sun or have summers like say California (which I know is not a nation but you get my drift). Maybe the Vitamin D goes to everyone's head and people stripping off when really if you do not have the body to show off please don't do it.

I know we have not had the summer this year so far that you equate with summer although one of the days this year has been one of the hottest days on record I believe. Our barmy summer which is so changeable apparently has to do with global warming.

LiaF7 › The english version. Funny how we are peaceful people but 1000 british youngsters think everything is allowed. Britts in retirement chose our country to live in, but youngsters dont know how to behave.
