Marmalades of kiwi
For this irresistible treat takes half a 1/2kg. of kivi (not too mature), 1 apple of medium size, 350 g of sugar, lemon and a glass of water (250 ml). Peel the kiwi, cut it into cubes or scratches, and place in a larger serpent. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar, shake well and let it stand for at least 12 hours.
