Marmalades of kiwi
For this irresistible treat takes half a 1/2kg. of kivi (not too mature), 1 apple of medium size, 350 g of sugar, lemon and a glass of water (250 ml). Peel the kiwi, cut it into cubes or scratches, and place in a larger serpent. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar, shake well and let it stand for at least 12 hours. Then slice the apple and cut it into cubes, then add in kiwi. Mix energetically, then pour water and shake it again. Cover the serum and allow it to cook for about 40 minutes in a low heat with occasional stirring so as not to burn. Check the thick density of the mixture cook and possibly cook until you get the desired density. Sprinkle hot water over the hot mixture, close it, turn it on, and let the marmalade cool down and then store it in a saucepan. You wait for two weeks before you start consuming it.
