Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

My accommodation in Ubud was right by the Monkey Forest and I visited here a couple of times to escape the heat of the day. There are hundreds of monkeys roaming the beautiful forest. If you buy bananas you will get some great photo opportunities...beware however the monkeys are cheeky and extremely quick and will take things from your bag or glasses from your head if you are not careful with your belongings and I can guarantee you will not see your things again.
Monkeys are tired of eating sweet potato, so whatever food they find (smell, see) different it can be a target.
This is definitely a must see in Bali and one of the greatest experiences we had.
