Tasty and Healthy Lemon Candies
Necessary products :
1 cup of raw almonds
1 cup of dates, without stones Vanilla powder in powder or daily ration according to packaging 1 lemon juice (about 2 tablespoons)
1/3 glass of coconut (for oval)
Method of preparation Put almonds and vanilla protein in a kitchen robot or blender and mix until a powder mixture is obtained. Add dates and lemon juice and blend until dough is obtained. Form the candy with your hands and roll them into coconut chips. It is best to store them in a refrigerator.
