Cider with cheese
.
Ingredients
For dough:
1 fresh yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 dcl lukewarm milk
125 g of melted margarine
2 whole eggs
2 teaspoons of salt
500 g of sharp flour
For filling:
500 g of cow cheese
2 whole eggs
1 spoon of salt
More:
1 egg for coating
sprinkling syrup
Preparation
First we dissolve the margarine. In the second container, we heat the milk to be lukewarm and insert a spoon of sugar and yeast, mix well and let the yeast fill. In a larger plastic bowl pour the melted margarine, put the yeast on the milk, and add 2 eggs as well as 2 teaspoons of salt. We mix all this well with a wig. Finally, gradually add the flour, mixing with a sponge, and after we have added all the flour, we insert the dough into the dough to fit everything nicely. Cover the container with a cloth dough and leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, we boil two plates measuring 43x36 cm. Also prepare and stuffing by mixing cheese with eggs and a little salt. When the dough comes out, remove it from the plastic container, sprinkle the work area with a little flour to avoid doughing, and cut it into 4 equal parts. We take the first part and the oklagia, and we dissolve it as thinner, at some 3 mm thickness. We cut a quarter of cheese and we serve as a stool. Then we take a sharp knife and cut the stubble into the puddles of 1.5 cm thickness, and we put them together in an oiled broth. So we do with all 4 parts of the test. Let's sprinkle with the dried egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place them in a pre-cooked oven at 250 degrees. Then lower the oven to 200 degrees and bake for some 25-30 minutes depending on your oven, while the triggers do not get a nice golden yellow color.
Running is the best yet warm even though they remain fine soft and the next day. They go perfectly with the yogurt cup.
Note: I would just add that this dough has a great structure, it does not stick hands at all, it can easily catch up with one word, it's EXCELLENT to work with it. There is no chance of getting rid of these puddles because they are also inexpedient to me with an advanced test, they have been able to do without a malfunction. :) If you are a beginner, you will make these purses with the same ease as someone who has made them forever. :)
Pleasant !;)
