Tagliatelle Olive
Tagliatelle Olive is an Italian specialtu who is preparing in all Macedonian restaurants,and it is easy to prepare in the home kitchen. Heat up the olive oil in a pan and fry some garlic in it, Then add some cherry tomato cut in halves and sliced olives(green and black ones), Fry everything together for about 2 minutes and then add pelat salt and black pepper. Leave everything on the fire for 2 more minutes and then put it aside. At the same time, boil water with salt and olive oil in a cooking pot. Put the pasta inside and boil it for around 3 minutes. Then take the pasta out with a strainer and put it in the olive sauce. Put everything back on the fire for 2 more minutes to mix well and serve it on a plate. Put some grated parmesan on one side of the plate, and on top of the olive pasta put few leaves of fresh basil.
