Meatball soup!
ingredients:
-600 g minced meat
- 3 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 pepper
- 200 g of cream
- Parsnip
- a root of parsley -
- a small celery
- a small guy
- 6 tablespoons of rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 big red
- a teaspoon of sweet pepper
- greenery
- salt
- pepper
- vinegar
- lemon juice or borscht
Method of preparation
Clean the carrots, peppers, parsley, parsnip and gulia, but also onions and cakes. Put the vegetables in a 4-liter pot and let it boil.
Separately, boil another 500 ml of water and, when boiling, add three tablespoons of rice and turn off for five minutes.
The minced meat together with boiled rice, white onions, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green parsley, a teaspoon of sweet pepper, salt and pepper mix well and pearls are made.
When the water and vegetables start to boil, add the remaining rice, then put the pearls. Allow to boil for about 20 minutes, add redcurrant without peel and also cut into small pieces.
After boiling, put the greenery, let it cool a little and stick with cream mixed with yolks and two spoons of cold water.
