Chop the ham, carrot and cheese into small cubes.
Clean the olives from the seeds.
Rectangular mold size 30 x 11 is smeared with butter or margarine and sprinkle with flour.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt in the snow. Then turn off the mixer and add the milk and oil and mix them with a wire or a large spoon or spatula.
