Are you meteoropathic?
If you recall watching at least one weather forecast, you'll notice that things that are presented are the actual weather (cloudy, sunny, windy), temperatures and a bio-prognosis. Bio-prognosis uses as a guidance to meteoropathic people, people who are facing weather pains. It could be from headaches, feeling cranky/nervous to feeling tired and other. It is said that chamomile tea, hawthorn or lime could ease the pain. Physical exercise as well.
Indeed, meteoropathy is literally when you feel "under the weather" and it was first mentioned by Hippocrates in 400 b.c.
I used to experience having, now and then, small headaches and feeling exhausted without a reason. I've also noticed when it's raining; a sudden change from fine weather to rainy one, disrupts my sleep. Yes, people may think you're sensitive still, I wouldn't joke about this.
Hoping for colder and still temperatures :)
