Mabinay Spring

The place is so cool like you are in an airconditioned room. Behind us is the Mabinay Spring.
The picture was taken in 2012 when I was with my classmates in PhD class at La Carlota City College. We went to the town of Mabinay, Negros Oriental for a tour.
Mabinay is famous of its caves and springs. As of today, Mabinay Spring has been developed a lot and it is one of the famous spring resorts here in the Island of Negros. It is reachable by bus and it is approximately 80 kilometers from Bacolod City ( at about 2-3 hours ride).
Indeed, Negros Island, Philippines is so rich of natural beauty like this of Mabinay Spring. Staying here is very relaxing. They have cottages now and could cater visitors that would want to stay and feel the natural coolness and closeness to nature.
