My plum jam! without consistency, remains fresh for even 2 years. .. or maybe more.

With small but fast steps, the autumn approaches. we have fresh and delicious plums. that is why this morning we prepared a good plum jam. the recipe is guaranteed because it is made by me.
ingredients:
(I have put these quantities, you can double the quantity as desired)
- 3kg plums
- 1,200 kg of sugar
  (keep in mind that the plums are already sweet, if you want the sweet to get very sweet, put up to 2kg of sugar, my sweet is perfect sweet, not very sweet, it will be perfect for pancakes and cakes, pies add sugar.)
- the lemon from the lemon (in order not to get sugar and to leave a very beautiful color of intense red to fuxia)
- 2 vanilla sugar envelopes.

method of preparation
- wash and remove prunes
- Put the plums together with the sugar in a deep pot and mix well.
- place the pot on the small stove and mix very easily with a wooden spoon.
-Lead juice is added after 5 minutes
- leave on fire until 1.30h - 1.45h.
-When foam is formed, it is removed with a spoon.
- Meanwhile, mix from time to time with a wooden spoon.
-In the last minutes add vanilla sugar.
I do not use preservatives of any kind. however, my jams last up to 2 years fresh.
remove them from the stove and leave for 30 minutes at rest.
In the meantime, clean glass jars are being prepared. I filled 2 jars of 800 grams and 2 jars of 400 grams with this amount. being a recipe from my grandmother's grandmother, that is, very old, I respond to it so that after closing the lids well, the jars put them in the same clean pot, in which I put a towel on the bottom of it. add water to cover 3/4 of the jar height.
the pot with jam jars put them on the stove in a small fire. after the water boils, keep on fire for 15 minutes. the jars remain in the water until the water cools. then it is kept in a cool, dark place like a pantry,
cellar. some people to sterilize the jars, introduce them 10 minutes at 120grade in the oven before they are used. I use the method of brewing grandmother as I wrote above, which is guaranteed without any preservative! this at any bluff. good appetite!
