Bread with Pumpkin

For 4 people
50 g margarine
200 g flour
salt salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
180 g sugar
½ dl of oil
200 g of pumpkin
2 eggs
For lubrication
10 g margarine 1 tbsp flour
sauce
300 g mix red fruits
3 teaspoons of sugar
Way of preparation
1. Order the pumpkin and a little oil until it softens. Leave on the side.
2. Place the margarine, sugar, oil and eggs in the second bowl. Mix the mixer until it is uniform and obtain a creamy mass.
3. Pour the flour in the appropriate size, baking powder, baking soda, spices and mix well. Pour the pumpkin into the bowl with creamy mass and stir, and then pour the mixed dry ingredients. All together mix well until an even weight is obtained.
4. Lubricate the plum margarine and sprinkle with flour, pour the mixed mass in the dish and the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Check with the cookie if the bread is baked.
5. Make a sugarcake and raspberry or mix of red fruit, if desired, and serve it with honey with pumpkin.
