What would you do in life if you weren't afraid? To this, my answer is very simple, learn from the past, perform in the moment and prepare for the future.

Almost every person in today’s world is involved in some form of business. Some businesses last longer than others. There are good businessmen / women and there are bad ones too. It is a fact that a successful business requires a good businessperson to run it. A business will not be a thriving one if the person is not dedicated and lacks the leadership qualities necessary for success. The business is sure to fail if the person does not possess certain mandatory qualities.

I believe there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. Before you can become a millionaire, you must learn to think like one. You must learn how to motivate yourself to counter fear with courage. Making critical decisions about your career, business, investments and other resources conjures up fear, fear that is part of the process of becoming a financial success. Success seems to be connected to action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit. Mind you, success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.

Being successful as a businessperson means attaining several levels of accomplishment. Each of these takes time and energy, but also the ability to recognize what makes an individual truly successful in business and also in life. A successful person does not just measure themselves based on money and material gains, although these are important in the greater scheme of things.

Whatever industry your business is in, all businesspersons must understand what their customers want. This is a highly sought after skill, especially if your instincts are good at it. Understanding the needs, intentions and wants of your customers is an extremely valuable asset in modern business. So you should take time to talk to your customers and clients, get to know their likes, dislikes and why they choose to buy your product or services. So, don't try to follow trends but create them.

A good businessperson needs to be honest and will have many good qualities that enable him / her to do business. However, if the customers are unable to trust, they will not be willing to conduct business with him / her. Ethics or simple honesty is the building blocks upon which our whole society is based, and business is a part of our society, and it is integral to the practice of being able to conduct business, that you have a set of honest standards. The golden rule for every businessperson should be this: Put yourself in your customer's place.

Moreover, in financial terms, money is a necessary commodity when doing business. A good businessperson needs to be financially capable in order to run a successful business. The more the businessperson invests in his / her capital the more successful the business will become.

The truly successful business person knows that the measure of success is found throughout life. If you are achieving your goals, then take some time to enjoy the fruit of your profits. Everyone needs to take time and have fun, so that the stress of business life does not inhibit your ability to keep moving forward. The businessperson who does not spend some of their profits on themselves will never know the value of true success. To be successful, it is important to find happiness and enjoyment in daily life and always remember this on the road towards a successful journey in life. The best way to predict your future is to create it.

I think, I have narrated you some of the qualities one should possess to become a good businessperson. However, there are many more. A good businessperson, along with these qualities should also have patience and be an understanding human being. Some qualities can be gained while others are inbred in a good businessperson.

Friends, now, let me ask you, are you a good businessperson or going to become? If you want to change the fruits, you will first have to change the roots. If you want to change the visible, you must first change the invisible.

Don’t forget, a friendship founded on business is better than a business founded on friendship. Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.

Someone once said that a cousin is a readymade friend for life. Do you agree?

Every time I open up our photo albums, I feel a sense of nostalgia. With each turn of the page, each resonance of laughter, each event and each year, precisely remembered and all the problems of today vanish. Life is filled with memories of happy and exuberant times. Although those days are now rooted far in the past, the memories of life as a child stay vivid and clear.

For many of us, our cousins live all over the world and I believe, cousins are friends that will love you forever. Friendship is the only cement that will ever hold the cousins together. In my cousins, I find a second self. A cousin is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost. Cousin is a genderless word that is usually clarified by saying he or she in context.

Life had always been carefree and pleasant. I have so many cousins who love me and I always felt all the warmth and comfort any child could want; however, it was more than just this that made my childhood “perfect.” I had always been close to my cousins, and the most memorable moments of my childhood embrace the love and affection my cousins and I shared. We spent countless summer days playing and dreaming on the front lawn.

At times, we wrestled and fought, imitating those we saw on television. Yet, with our short attention spans, it was not long before we sat down together and started talking about our hopes for the future and our ambitions and goals. Innocently, I had always thought becoming a superhero was a realistic goal. I talked about all the superpowers I would somehow acquire and how people would tell stories of my accomplishments for generations to come.

My cousin brothers and sisters, both elder and the younger ones alike, laughed and made fun; after all, they had more realistic ambitions, hoping to become doctors or lawyers or engineers. Then the debates began. We went on and on for hours, talking about how each of us would be better than the others. Although I did not always claim first place, I looked forward to the next day when we would come back out and start our discussions anew. As simple as it may seem, their presence was more than enough to make me happy. These experiences understandably may not seem like much to an outside observer, but for me they are among the best days of my life. To this day I can still think of no better way I could have spent my summer days than just sitting in the front yard, enjoying the company of my cousins. Nothing even comes close.

Although it has been many years since then, I have always longed to return to this past; every day was an experience in its own and filled with nothing but excitement and joy. As I look back on my childhood, I contemplate the things that made it so enjoyable and the simplicity of life as a child. I was devoid of responsibilities, satisfied with life and hopeful for the future. My childhood was instrumental in shaping who I have become: someone driven to succeed but optimistic even in the face of failure. Through years past, I have realized that life will never be the same, but then again, when does life ever stay the same? Each day presents a new set of challenges. I can no longer just sit in the front yard with my cousins, dreaming the day away. Although ties have changed and obstacles have arisen, I still view the future with the same optimism and anticipation I have always viewed it with. My experiences have hardly been “perfect,” but life continues to amaze and excite me at every turn. The problems of yesterday should not affect the futures of tomorrow.

In my view, cousins are people that are readymade friends, you have laughs with them and remember good times from a young age, you have fights with them but you always know you love each other, they are a better thing than brothers and sisters and friends cause there all pieced together as one.

Let me tell you again, friendship is the only cement that will ever hold the cousins together and the cousins are friends that will love you forever. A cousin is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost. Some of us can live without a society but not without a loving family. After all, in your name, the family name is at last because it is the family name that lasts.

When was the last time you let your mind chase the question “WHAT IF”?

Every choice in life sets us on a different path and carries its own set of “what ifs” and a consequence that we could worry about, but what is the use? Rather than plaguing our thoughts with the unknown, we should focus on and accept only what we do know and all we know is the path we are currently on. Throughout this world, we are given the opportunity to encounter many different creatures. Each creature so unique and so special to our world. In my eyes, one of the most interesting animals is the bird. This creature has the unique ability to fly. This skill is so astonishing to mankind, and quite frankly; each of us would love to have this ability for a day. If only I could fly for a day.

All in all, if I could fly my experiences would truly be amazing. I would visit some of the most exciting places in this world and be able to have a glimpse into their culture. I would also be a changed person inside. My realization of how small we are in this world would truly humble me. If only I could fly for day, my wings would provide such a strong and pleasant relief that my view of this world would be forever changed. If I were given wings for a day, I would most certainly use this gift to fly. My opportunities and boundaries would be endless.

As a child, I have always had a dream of traveling this world, and with this gift; I could do so. I would fly from country to country. From the shores of my country to the fierce and cold climate of Antarctica, I would travel the world. Each country would provide a new learning experience for me. I would be able to hear the world’s different languages and experience some of the most fascinating cultures in our society. I would visit some of the world’s most beloved sights. These experiences would truly be like no other, and would give way to a life changing day.

Adventure is about what we do; not what we plan, strategize or dream about. Adventure begins with “what ifs” What if I was to step out to chase that dream? Why not take the first steps and see what happens? When we step through the doorway of adventure our life is suddenly worth the living and we experience life as it was meant to be. This is our life; there is no use in asking what if. No one could ever give you the answers.  What if nothing exists and we are all in somebody's dream?

What if the sun didn't shine
Would things be the same 
Would we do what we always did
What if love never existed 
What would we feel for someone we loved
Would we feel love at all
What if anger was our good side
Would we wear it as pride
What if the hungry never ate
Would they make it to the next day
What if we gotten everything we ever needed 
Would we be filled with greed 
What if everyone was an enemy
Could we ever expect to have a good time
What if there was no difference between you and me
Would we understand each other 
Would we know everything about everybody
What if there was no laughter no joy
Could we endure life
Would there be any thing we could enjoy
What if things were never how they were suppose to be
Would we be how we use to be
What if we were blind and could not see
Would we give up on life
Would we accept that the little things in life 
Would not excite you or me
What if these words I am saying to you did not get to you
Would you be lost.

What if the most important moment in your life is this one? Can you handle the power it gives you to choose how you will spend the next one? Don't think about what you could have done but concentrate on what you plan to do; it is more useful. Don't spend your life wondering "what if" and worrying over something you have no control. What is done is done. Looking backwards will cause you to miss out on new beginnings ahead. So move on.

Live your life without ever having to ask, What if?  Life is what you make of it. You have to decide what you want in life.
