The Sphinx of Bucegi

.
The Sphinx in the Bucegi Mountains is an anthropomorphic megalith located at 2216 m altitude. The origin of the Sphinx name is due to its resemblance to a human head, more precisely to the Egyptian Sphinx, its formation being due to wind erosion (wind). Formed from a large block of stone that has taken shape today in a very long time, the Bucegi Sphinx on Bucegi Plateau measures 8 meters in height and 12 meters in width.
From a historical and even mystical point of view, the Sphinx is [citation needed] to represent a supreme divinity from Pelasgian times. His human aspect is associated with an expression of sovereignty and power, this being highlighted by the prominent face, severe lips and voluptuous chin. The Pelasgians were before the Greeks, their tribes were spread especially in the Aegean Sea.
Many historians [who?] Go so far as to say that the Great Sphinx of Giza, Egypt, is a copy of the one on the Bucegi platform. [This citation is based on similarities that are more or less random, such as the fact that the Sphinx in Bucegi has the same height as the Egyptian one at Gizeh.
Its resemblance to a Sphinx (if viewed from certain angles, marked around it), as well as the legends and the history of the place, have made this geological formation an important tourist attraction.
In the period 1966-1968, the Peruvian architect Daniel Ruzo had noticed that the Sphinx resembles the main face of an ensemble carved in a rock on the Marcahuasi Plateau of Peru called 'The Monument of Man': 'The Sphinx is not just a single face, being surrounded by others, but of different breeds, as well as by the head of a dog, who is the watchman of a treasure found in a 'cave of the treasure' near Man. ' [1]
It is said [who?] That this place was an energy center used in times of extraterrestrials, many legends circulating through parts of the place in this sense. In the immediate vicinity of the Sphinx there is a certain cave that would gather special energetic mysteries [citation needed] These energetic mysteries are the attraction of many people passionate about this subject. Other rumors say that there would still be a mine of uranium, abandoned, which is no longer in operation since the Second World War. [Citation needed]
In the mountains of Romania there are also other megaliths bearing the names of the Sphinx: the Sphinx from Stănişoara, the Sphinx from Piatra Arsă, the Sphinx of the Lainic, the Sphinx of the Bratocei, the Sfinxul Banatan, also known as the 'Toplex Sphinx', the Sphinx from the Stones of Solomon , The Sphinx of the Gutâiului Mountains. Since ancient times, people have simply been fascinated by this wonder of nature. As proof, the oldest photograph of the Sfinx from Bucegi is the main character. It dates back to the 1900s, when the photographic technique was just beginning. Taking these into account, we can very easily figure out how important this party was for visitors, if in those conditions where cameras weighed extremely much, there was someone interested in taking photos. This photo is called Babele of Caraiman. The first official name, like the Sphinx in Bucegi, dates back to 1935 in an article of that time publication called Alpin Bulletin.
Thus, once this name was given, it was only one step before it became official. The second nomination of the Megalith in this sense appeared in the 'Romania' Magazine, founded by Professor Alexandru Bădăuţă (1901-1983), writer, memorialist and essayist and one of the founders of the National Tourist Office (in 1936), especially passionate about this subject first described this megalith and called it the 'Romanian Sphinx'
