#bringthelove just kicked off. We have enthusiastic coments from many users and some users would like more answers. We will answer here the questions that have arrived, but feel free to ask more in the comments. We will then create a permanent FAQ page available to everyone.

QUESTION: Is the referral system a substitute for the regular earnings?
ANSWER: No, the referral system is just another way of earning. You can continue to use Tuetego like you always did.

QUESTION: My Tueteg'O'Meter rating says I am an "A" but I have just earned xxx amount.
ANSWER: The ratings are just to qualify for the referrals earnings on a daily basis. If you don't score a minimum of B the referrals for the day won't be credited. This was done to avoid people just earning on referrals but not participating on the social activity. The Tueteg'O'Meter also gives you a hint about the type of actions you should perform to improve your daily earnings, but in no way does it determine your income. Tuetego has never given an exact amount per action and has never been promoted in that way, despite some users have said this in other forums.

QUESTION: I have an "A" in the Tuetego'O'Meter, does that mean I am getting the maximum payout for the day?
ANSWER: No, an "A" means you are a top active user and you will receive referral earnings. The more activity you make the more you will earn, just like it always had been.

QUESTION: Is there any limits on earnings?
ANSWER: No, there are no limits to the daily activity and no limits to the referrals whilst the campaign is open.

QUESTION: I am earning less than before, why is this?
ANSWER: Some users found loop holes in the system. Many users even publicly stated "if I do less I still get the same". We had to take action and we chose to look after the legit users. We reviewed the formulas, the daily activity and we started using quality controls like anti-spam tools.

QUESTION: I have referred users but I haven't got paid yet.
ANSWER: The new users must complete their profile first. It is not necessary they do it the same day, but the moment they complete their profile you will get paid at the time we do the daily updates. You will be able to see the number of users that successfully joined and how many of them completed the profile. This way you can control how your referral link is working.

QUESTION: I have found that if I reload the page many times it improves my "interaction" score. Also I have seen users writing 10 comments in their own posts just to improve their rating.
ANSWER: We are aware of this and will correct it in the next few hours.

QUESTION: Someone said it's easy to create own accounts with the referrals, is this true?
ANSWER: To approve the profile you need a verified Paypal account or UK bank account. This is not as easy as creating a fake email address. Also be aware that we will treat these as attempts of fraud and your account may be suspended.

QUESTION: Do I earn for the referrals of my referrals and so on?
ANSWER: No, we want to stay away of pyramid schemes. We are clear and honest about how we do things, we want to be around for a long time!

QUESTION: Are the apps getting an update?
ANSWER: Yes, both iOS and Android will get an update to show more information and correction of glitches.

QUESTION: Talking about glitches, what is the best way to make you aware of these?
ANSWER: We kindly ask people to use the Contact Form and give us as much information as possible. We can't monitor all mentions people make all the time, so avoid this method. Always contact form or email, that's the best and quickest way.
