Sour cabbage and minced meat

Here in Serbia, we are eating a lot of sour cabbage during the winter! It is really very healthy, and at the same time it is very tasty. Trust me, you can make many delicious meals out of sour cabbage, but we are usually mixing sour cabbage with minced meat.
