Shocked at the Price

So I was food shopping Yesterday and me and my bf decided to get a fresh pizza to share but we don't like the same toppings. So we got a 14" make your own pizza thin base.
On my half: I had Double Pepporoni and double Pineapple
On his half: He got double chicken and double bacon
Then on the top we got chillie cheese on it and it cost is: £4:00....Like wtf?? At a take away that would be near enough £20. Amazing price!! A 14" 9 toppings plus the sauces and cheese on the base at £4...Omg. amazed at that!!
I ate it last night for Dinner and yum yum yum it was.

ze2000 › Prices of food are just getting ridiculous. Supermarkets just push it so much that they will end up breaking the market. £1 for 3 peppers? £2 for 4 courgettes? £10 for 500g of Salmon?
And the most ridiculous, 80p for 1 litre of water?? That's getting close to the price of gasoline!

NatashaT1994 › Where I live you can buy 1 litre of water for 19p but that's Morrisons own make. I love Smart Water. Expensive. Overly. But I really like that. I don't really like supermarket brands. Lol. Food can be expensive. I'm just glad I don't like fish. Fresh Mince is quite expensive like £4 for 500g. And making home made Spaghetti Bol is soooooo expensive. Very nice. Prefer home made over shop made/frozen anyday.
ze2000 › Cooking in big quantities is better. Freeze containers. But I like freshly cooked food, and good wine!
NatashaT1994 › I don't drink at all. I have to be careful about my quantities that me and my boyfriend make in homemade stuff because our fridge freezer is tiny.

ze2000 › You have small container in poundland, 8pack. They're the perfect size for a portion. You can surely fit 28 of those in the freezer. They fit in only 1 drawer.
