Rustic Italian cake

2 large apples
1 pear
3 tablespoons sugar
50 g margarine
½ pepper peppers

200 g margarine
200 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
4 eggs
200 g flour
1 bag of baking powder
½ teaspoons of salt
Syrup from rosemary
100 g of sugar
2 branches of fresh rosemary
½ dl of water

Way of preparation
1. Clean and dress apple and pear. In the corresponding shaker, heat the margarine, then add the previously seasoned pepper and spice-flavored apples and pear. Apply until the fruit softens. Leave on the side.
2. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees to warm up. Mixer to bake margarine, vanilla sugar and eggs until the mass is uniform. Then add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and so) slowly mixing. In the end, put in dinner fruits, and all mix well until the mass rejoins.
3. Bake the baking tray with greasy baking paper and pour it into a cake pan. The cake is baked in oak for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make sugar syrup, water, and rosemary syrup, proceed and leave to cool.
4. Spill with a toothpick. Lightly pour with syrup to arrange properly until the cake fills all the syrup smoothly.
5. Leave the cake to cool, serve it well cooled, if desired with ice cream.
