Love toast with egg

Necessary products:
2 slices of bread for toaster 1 tablespoon of butter 2 eggs Salt Pepper Finely cut capers Finely chopped fresh herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Use a medium sized cookie cutter to cut a heart from the middle of the slices.
2. Melt the medium at a moderately high temperature in a large pan. Put the bread (and the cut heart) into the pan. Bake it until it turns golden brown. Turn it over. Cut one egg into the cut hole of each fillet. Sprinkle the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Reduce the temperature to a little lower to moderate. Wait for 5-7 minutes or until the proteins look well-baked.
3. Finally, serve the eggs with a little capers and fresh spices (such as parsley or basil).
