500 g of frozen blend of seafood (mussels,shrimps,squid,octopus)
1 smaller head of onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup of rice
1 cup tomato pellets
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Turmeric,saffron,chilli,pepper and salt.
Fry the shopped garlic, add all the spices and fry a little more.
Mix the seafood, pour the seeds and pour the water only to the ground.
Cook for 15 minutes in a light fire, occasionally adding water.
Mix the cooked rice, then pour a little water and cook for five minutes to make the ingredients and taste the seeds.
