Learning to relax is a skill

Hi everyone.

After publishing about meditation, I thought about a few tips for you to learn (if you still don't know or didn't try)how to relax after a stressful day πŸ˜€

Start with short relaxation sessions, around five minutes.

With more experience it will be easier for you to be able to relax for longer periods of time. 😊

With practice you can build up to 20 to 30 minutes, and you may wish to relax for even longer.

Remember, relaxation is a skill that has to be learned. Like any other new skill it takes practice, so practice as often as you can, but everyday is the best of course.😁

Set a time to relax each day, perhaps before bedtime or first thing in the morning. Initially, practice relaxation when you are feeling calm.πŸ€—

Try to find somewhere that is quiet and free of distractions. It’s also worth trying out different relaxation techniques to see which one works best for you.
