Fried Fish

I am not a fan of FISH
only dish i like with fish is fish curry so make it very often but never tried making FRIED FISH before.
Here i made it today first time and yes fried only a piece for myself to taste, and i can say just one word "AMAZING"
I am sure those who make this often will definitely have best recipes, its the first time i made so here is my very own recipe
i used medium pomfret and i don't know the exact quantity of the ingredients i used everything to my taste.
Red chilli powder,turmeric powder,corriander powder,caraway seeds(ajwain),fennel seeds,garlic cloves,yohurt,kasoori methi,lemon juice,salt to taste, grind all these in to a paste
wash n clean the fish and make deep gashes on both sides of the skin, rub the spice mix all over it making sure to push the spice mix inside also.
Leave it for an hour or overnight, roll the fish in cornflour or rice flour, shake off the excess and shallow fry until done from both sides.
