Last Sunday I made fried fish with tarter sauce for lunch.Hubby and kids loved the fish. I prefer to eat fish in winters.

Let me share some benefits of fish intake. Fish is a low fat high quality protein. Fish is filled with omega3 fatty acid and vitamins such as D and B2(riboflavin) Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium, iodine and potassium.

Fish must be used at least two times a week for a healthy diet. Fish is packed with protein, vitamins and nutrients that can lower blood pressure and help reduce risk of heart attack.
