Chicken with peanuts

IT'S NECESSARY
white chicken meat, garlic, onion, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, pepper (red and green), mushrooms (can be replaced by apples), peanuts unsalted, if desired: any seasonal vegetables (it is important that chicken)
spices: soy sauce, ginger powder (or better freshly grated), vegeta, pepper, spicy peppers, a little sesame, dessert, a cup of brandy or brandy
PREPARATION
Chicken white meat is cut into cubes and mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, a glass of cognac and 2-3 tablespoons of dessert. Mix well and let it stand for some time in the fridge. Vegetables cut into leaf, not very long, and garlic should be separated into a separate platter. Place 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a deep sauce and warm it to the point when the oil begins to smoke. Fry vegetables with intense stirring for several minutes and gradually add vegetation, pepper and spicy pepper. After 2-3 minutes of frying, add the sprinkled chicken with the rat where it was, peanuts, sesame, the rest of the cognac and soy sauce (2-3 tablespoons). Mix intensely for a few more minutes and when flesh and vegetables are well seated, remove from the fire and serve with rice. This meal is very delicious and it is prepared in only 5-6 minutes.
