Brigadeiro

The brigadeiro is undoubtedly one of the most complete desserts in all of Brazil.
There is no region where she is not present, whether at a child's birthday or even at weddings. The brigadier has already become a tradition on festive dates and even outside them.

Brigadier is a simple candy, invented in Brazil, without any external interference.
It consists of a blend of condensed milk, butter, chocolate powder and granulated chocolate for the topping.

This candy was named Brigadeiro because it was created with the intention of being screened at events to raise funds for a candidacy for the presidency of Brigadier Eduardo Gomes. Being here, "brigadier" in the sense of the highest aeronautical patent.
