Beef and Pepper Soup

You can make a delicious and filling Beef and Pepper Soup by combining these ingredients?
1 sliced red pepper
1 sliced onion
1 tbsp oil
½ to 1 lb of beef finely cubed
2 tbsp tomato paste
Paprika
1 tbsp caraway seeds
¼ cup flour
Salt/pepper
1 ½ quarts hot beef stock (you can use water and 2 beef bouillon cubes)
½ cup red wine
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 – 3 crushed garlic cloves
¼ cup sour cream
In a cooking pot sauté pepper and onion in oil until soft. Add beef and brown. Mix in tomato paste, paprika, caraway seeds, flour (before adding you can mix up the flour with water to make a smooth paste) and some seasoning. Cook stirring 10 minutes. Add the hot stock and wine and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer one hour. Check to see that the meat is tender. Add parsley, lemon rind, and garlic. Add some sour cream to each bowl, pour in the hot soup, stir and eat.
Note: Depending on your taste sometimes I leave out the caraway seeds but I add grated ginger for an added burst of flavor.
