ze2000 I do agree that it's not equal, however that's something that each household has to sorts. There are many factors involved.

What I think it's wrong is the way this is alway portrayed. We keep hearing about the "inequality" of the gender. We see lots of protests with slogans like "not enough women CEO" and similar, but we never see thing like "not enough women working in the mines".

Inequality is impossible, FAIR workload would be the balance to be pursued. What we cannot do is to force someone to do something just because of the gender, that's not right.
