Drink More Water
Two years ago I cared nothing for water it was definitely NOT my friend. As long as I had coffee, tea, or an occasional coke I was fine. Then I started my new lifestyle journey I completely gave up Cokes.
Water should be everyone's best friend it does so much for the body. Are you aware that our body looses water just by breathing, sweating, and digestion. So it's important to rehydrate by drinking water and eating foods that contain water
I still don't drink half my body weight in water but I do get in at least 4 16.9 oz bottles a day or sometimes more. I can always tell when my body needs rehydrating my skin gets very dry since my surgery 3 months ago.
So drink more water and put down those cans and bottles of soda they actually help with packing on the pounds.
