Intolerance to certain food is a hard life and one of this gluten it's found in most of the supermarket foods like milk bread sauces wheat cereal french fries vinegar vitamins supplements and so on from our fridge food to the table top additive and even bathroom items like shampoo.it's not so easy to find gluten free foods in supermarkets as nearly all the foods contain gluten so are there anything to eat yes there is fresh vegetables (green leaf) potatoes fish prawns beans ( check gluten free) and pork but if the body needs a lot of vitamin D then it's not going to get it from many of gluten free foods for example milk contains vitamin D and intolerant of gluten cannot have milk they lose out on vitamin D the supermarket has shelved many products which is gluten free with a billion dollars worth of gluten free industry. It's not so easy but it's getting there gluten free foods for all.
