Salty Spinach Cake

Ingredients & Method

Ingredients:
Yellow dough:
2 eggs
1 oz yoghurt
1 dl. oil
6 tablespoons flour
salt
1/2 pack baking powder

Green Dough:
200 g. boiled, chopped spinach
2 eggs
1 oz yoghurt
1 dl. oil
6 tablespoons flour
salt
1/2 pack baking powder

Red dough:

2 tablespoons ayvar or pure of boiled, red peppers
2 eggs
1 oz yoghurt
1 dl. oil
6 tablespoons flour
salt
1/2 pack baking powder
Cream/Filling:

600 g. soft cheese.
1 cup sour cream
1 margarin/butter
400 g. ham

Method:

Pour the yellow dough in a greased pan, bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the second dough (the green one) by whisking the ingridients with the boiled and chopped spinach and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Repeat: prepare the red dough and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Prepare the salty cream by adding the ingreadients for the cream, whisk and start coating the doughs in this order:
yellow dough-cream-red dough-cream-green dough-cream.
When done, pour a mixture of sour cream and soft cheese all over, add chopped peppers and chopped olives for a decoration.
It is a great with baken meat.
