My father

My father.
My father is like a role model to me and my sister. He is a very strong man and has tough skin meaning he isn't bothered what others think about him. We have had our ups and downs but that's like any family though isn't it.

When my father was younger he use to work and be a carbonate marker which basically he makes things from fresh out of wood. But as time went on he got married and had to become a full time career due to his wife having bipolar, she can lash out at any time.

My father has been through hell all through his life. He has lost his soul mate (his mother) through cancer and his brother is slowly dying through alcohol.

My father always has a smile on his face and he stays strong because he knows he has to stay strong for his children. My father is very protective when it comes to his family. He would do anything to make sure that we are safe.

My father isn't just a role model to us he is a role model to other people as well. Phil (my cousin) looks up to my father as his own father as his real father has nothing to do with him. Every fathers day Phil always gets my father something.

My father is my rock.
