The Poems of Edgar Allan Poe

by Edgar Allan Poe

Dover Publications

Poetry

Pub Date 13 Dec 2017

I am reviewing a copy of The Poems Of Edgar Allen Poe Through Dover Publications And Netgalley:
Edgar Allan Poe rightfully embedded his name into literary history, whether it be his dark tales of horror, or his poetry that just seemed to flow off the page.

His poems speak of love, faith, friendship, loss. His words are passionate and everlasting. In fact Edgar Allan Poe is credited with changing the course of modern literature, though poetry was his first love.

With poems such as The Raven, and Annabelle Lee, this collection shines in its beauty.

I give The Poems Of Edgar Allan Poe five out of five stars!

Happy Reading!

waflay Yaah @Michellekidwell , poetry speaks more of an inner feeling than the twist of words and the resultant story
