Pork roast in beer
Pork meat - fish 1 kg.
Thyme - dried 1 tsp.
Oregano - dried 1 tsp.
Onion - 50 g
Garlic - 10 g
Oil - 2 tsp.
Beer - dark 250 ml.
Sugar - 1 t.

Preparation:
The meat is cleansed with fat and forms.
Mix the salt and crushed thyme and oregano. Spices are rubbed into the meat.
The meat is fried on all sides in the heated vegetable oil. Place it in a tray and stew in the pan the finely chopped onions and cloves of garlic.
After choking, add beer and sugar.
The mixture is boiled and poured on the meat placed in the pan.
The meat is baked in a moderate oven for about 90 minutes
