Christmas cookies with jam
butter - 200 g, soft
powdered sugar - 80 g
vanilla - 1 piece
lemon peel - 1 patch (narendana)
eggs - 1 piece
rum - 1 spoon
flour - 300 g
powdered sugar - a little for sprinkling
jam - 1 jug, from strawberry
Way of preparation
Boil the egg with sugar, vanilla, lemon cover, soft butter and rum in a bowl. Add flour in stages, stirring, mix smooth and soft dough.
From the dough, shape the small-sized wax sizes and place them in a baking tray covered with baking paper. To make a recess in the jam ball you need a wooden spoon.
Sprinkle with water at the bottom of the handle and in the center of each ball make a recess (but not to the bottom).
Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes (without overflowing).
Leave them cool and fill the gaps with half a spoon of well-mixed strawberry jam, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Bunny cookies with butter and strawberry jam guard in a box.
