Chicken on cubes in sauce
- 1 head of the onion
- 2 branches of the young port
- a spoon of ground red pepper
- 200 ml of water
- a spoon of flour
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 cup of sour cream
- oil, spice C, parsley
Cut the flesh and dice. Cut the black and young onions, then slice it on oil, add a spoon of red pepper, pour 200 ml of water and let it boil. Add the fried meat and spice C (to taste) and starve for 10 minutes . In the bowl pour milk and flour and make sure that there is no clods and pour into the meat, stir and add sour cream and let it rinse and remove from the ringleader. Chop the parsley and put it in the meat. Serves with rice and lettuce.
