Ingredients
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
60ml. olive oil
6 pieces of old bread, cut into cubes (2cm)
6 tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
pistachio sugar
200gr. mozzarella, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a deep bowl mix the garlic with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. In this mixture add the bread cubes and mix well.
Arrange the bread in the pot and bake the oven for about 5 minutes until it gets a light brown color.
Add a tomato in a deep serving bowl. Season with vinegar, pearl sugar and the rest of the oil. Add mozzarella cheese, basil and baked bread lentils. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
