New Year's Cookies
For dough:
300 g of soft flour
100 g margarine
1 egg
100 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
4 teaspoons of honey
For decoration:
1 belance
200 g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine eggs, soften margarine, cinnamon, honey, flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar.

All this with the hand, to get a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a transparent foil and leave for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Dip the dough with a shingles, then pull out the figurines with various molds.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and rinse cookies and bake at 180 degrees, about 10-15 minutes. Baked cookies cool down completely.

Especially prepare a mixture for decoration. Beat the whites in a firm snow, then gradually add sugar powder and lemon juice and mix until all of them unite.

Pour the mixture of decoration into the nylon bag, and then cut off the top very slightly. And then slowly pressing the bag, decorate the cookies as desired. Leave them so for a while, to dry-to tighten.
