500 g flour
200 ml of warm milk
1 egg
50 g milk margarine
15 g fresh yeast
1 ½ teaspoon salt

Way of preparation
1. Sprinkle yeast, half a spoon of salt and half a spoon of sugar in milk, and leave it to stand for 10 minutes.
