Working out at the gym
I work out at planet fitness two days a week on Wednesday and Friday.I do the abcoaster and torso twist machines.I do seated leg press and leg press machine.I do seated row and lat pull down machines.I burn a lot of calories every time I work out at the gym.Planet fitness is a gym that is really huge and I always get a bed message at planet fitness.My apartment complex has a gym but it is small and not as big.I burn a lot of calories in that gym to.I go to the gym a lot so I can lose weight.I have lost a lot of weight but need to lose more.I am still doing my low carb diet.I also swim laps for exercise and do Wii fit u.
