Summer Diet: Refreshing beverage that speeds up weight loss

We bring a recipe for a delicious meal in a glass that will refresh, saturate you on hot summer days, but at the same time help you to lose weight ...

It's necessary:

- 2 cups of spinach

- ½ large blackberries

- ½ cucumber (unworked)

- A couple of leafy fresh nuts

- A spoon of lemon or orange juice

Preparation:
