How to Meditate
Okay so this article has really helped me considering I am always overwhelmed by stress. Sometimes it just helps to 'breathe'. To not take on the stresses of life as a whole and to deal with things individually. When I am stressed something which really benefits me is listening to calming music which I find to be very therapeutic.
'Meditation' is something which I have really found to be useful. When I meditate it allows me to free my mind, relieve tension. Lastly, what helps my stress is writing. When I write it enables me to express how I feel, it soothes my soul and allows me to feel more emotionally free. Taking the time out to destress yourself is useful, as stress is negative and can be detrimental to your well-being.
