Simple Yoghurt Cake
Ingredients & Method
Ingredients: 1 cup yoghurt 1 cup vegetable oil 2 cups sugar 3 cups self-raising flour 3 eggs Method: Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a greased and lined standard sized loaf pan. Bake at 160 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Test by checking with a toothpick.
When the cake is finally baked, cut into slices. You can add fruit as banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, hazelnuts, melted chocolate and whipped cream.
This cake is always great choice for preparing something sweet and simple for a friends night.
