Paramedic in the UK dies after buying sleeping tablets online

.
A UK paramedic 'Lorna Lambden' took to the internet to buy non-prescribed anti-depressants which can also be use to aid insomnia. She suffered from a heart attack because this antidepressant raises blood pressure and can vastly effect the heart. Was this the price she had to pay for her insomnia? Because of the longevity of her endless night shifts her sleep was sacrificed and she could no longer cope.

To purchase sleeping pills online is so dangerous, namely, because you don't know if the poll is genuine. It can be diluted, or expired and can even contain household products to 'stretch' the product. It is very important that if you do decide to buy drugs online, to see if the website is operating legally, it should have a unique serial number for that online pharmacy at the bottom of that website. There are also numerous websites where you can see if your website you are buying from is illegal or not. Overall, there have been similar cases where people have died from purchasing sleeping pills online.

"Lorna Lambden, 27, suffered a heart attack brought on by medication she took to cope with 12-hour shifts with the London Ambulance Service." (Evening Standard)

Professional, Susan Greenwood, was found hanged in a park and was believed to have been purchasing large quantities of the hypnotic drug (Zopiclone) which is a sedative drug, that suppresses the central nervous system and eventually causes short-term sedation. Zopiclone is a controlled drug, available by prescription only in the UK.

I have actually been taking Zopiclone for the past 2 years, but it is not something I take too excess, but I have found it can be extremely addictive. And I am aware that those who are on Zopiclone for a long period of time may suffer from dependency and horrible withdrawal symptoms. The professional was found hanged at her local park. With empty packets of (Zopiclone) and nearly empty vodka bottles.

In both scenarios these women, Susan Greenwood and Lorna Lambden both brought substances online that are prescription only drugs, which is not only illegal in the UK to do so, but it is also life-threatening, to self-prescribe and self-medicate. Therefore please take care when thinking of buying prescription drugs online or just abstain from doing so to be on the safe side. Please find the two links to the stories discussed above here:

NyishaHv @Smokey2017 that's very wise. Unfortunately, I was prescribed them a few years ago, it's somewhat helped my insomnia but it also builds up tolerance so I had to make the choice to just sleep naturally.
