Mango: your benefits
Mango is an Asian fruit that was introduced in Brazil, Angola, Mozambique and other tropical countries. This fruit is of different coloration: yellow, orange and red, being more roseada in the side that undergoes direct insolation and more yellowish or greenish in the side that receives indirect insolation. They are usually eaten raw and are savored in fresh salads and juices.
Provides various nutrients like carbohydrates, fibers, antioxidants and vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin K. Mango is also a good source of various minerals like Calcium, Zinc, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium and Potassium.
It is undoubtedly one of my favorite fruits for the summer, it is really delicious! Try it, you'll like it!
