Way of preparation
Make macaroni in salted water on the basis of the package instructions and fineen them.
In the frying pan, heat the oil, pour the flour and hold it until the golden color on the low heat.
Remove from the fire and pour one cup of fresh milk, mix with wire and return to the fire. Get the rest of the milk.
Cook to the desired density, add the processed cheese, sprinkled on pieces and stir again, season with salt, add pepper and a little lemon juice.
Pour past sauce over macaroni and mix macaroni and sauce. Serve in the plate, and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
