Walking & It's Benefits
There are many good benefits to walking which includes aiding with digestion, keeps you heart and lungs strong and also relieving back pain which has really helped with mine. Lastly there is weight loss. I lossed 13 pounds when I had surgery 3 months ago I definitely do not want to gain any of it back. So I plan to continue to walk until I can get back to my Zumba classes and weight lifting.
So get up and enjoy the benefits of daily walking. ??
