Roasted chicken with beer and garlic

Delicious roast chicken garnished with beer and garlic for hot summer days.

Necessary products:

1 chicken
1 beer
3-4 cloves of garlic
Spices - salt, pepper

First wash and boning the chicken. Once cooked, cut the chicken in portions and season it with salt and pepper. Put it in a deeper baking bite, which was previously well-baked with a little oil. Pour the slices of chopped chicken and beer and then shred it with finely chopped garlic. Cover it with aluminum foil for baking and let it bake.
About an hour later, when the meat has already been soaked and has drunk the beer, remove the foil and keep baking the chicken until it has a nice golden-brown color.
